Day 14, Baking Carrot Muffins

What a fun fun day. As a reward for the class earing 100 mitzvah tickets, we had a bake day. The class made yummy carrot muffins. The recipe can be found in Sue Fishbein's book, "Kosher by Design, Kids in the Kitchen", page 118. At the end of the year, we will compile all of our recipes in a book.

The afternoon was spent working on the letter "S".
