Day 10

Oh dear!! It always happens at the beginning of year. I dropped my camera and it is broken. I did manage to get some blurry pictures, but the camera wouldn't cooperate to take more.

The students worked in their picture word journals for the first time. Handwriting is very hard for them, it will take lots of practice. It's always nice to see how much they improve from the beginning to the end of the year. I date the pages so you can compare the progress.

We are having a problem with the student's water bottles in their lunches. When the bottles are frozen, they drip condensation everywhere. The bottles also tend to get knocked over easier. Please don't freeze their water bottles. If you child has a squeeze bottle or thermos, it would be much easier for all of us. Thank you.

Today I sent home almost 2 weeks worth of work. Please look over it with your child, he/she is very proud of it. Remember to send the folders back on Tuesday, empty.

Wishing you a shabbat shalom and a safe and fun labor day holiday. See you on Tuesday!!!
