Today I read a book about the letter L. Those students who were out last week, did their May handprints. LL and AK worked on their sewing project. Several students worked in their journals, reading program, centers and workbooks.
We have started a new science unit...Ladybugs! We have learned that ladybugs are insects, with 6 legs and 3 body parts. Ladybugs eat aphids. Tomorrow we will start the life cycle of the ladybug, with an art project to go along with it.
