Day 143 Catch up day

Sadly, my camera has not been replaced. I will continue to let you know all the wonderful things we are doing in class. Hope you all had a wonderful Pesach. Many students are still out, so we did not do any "new" projects today.

Today was "catch up" day. Many students missed projects throughout the year, journal writing pages, handprints, etc. So each students worked on the projects that they need completing. Some students also did center work.

Day 142

Today we glittered our painted caterpillars. They turned out beautiful, but I didn't send them home b/c we still need to add the antennas. I did send home the rest of the butterfly art, so please take a few minutes to look over it.

We are putting together a little book about our sleepover. The students named their bears and wrote a few sentences about them.

The rest of the day we did centers and cleaned out the chumetz in the room.

Have a wonderful pesach.

Day 141,

I have the worst luck with camera's. Yesterday afternoon, I took a few pictures of my chicks and then the camera froze. So for now, I'll post the chick pics.

Today, we painted cardboard egg crates, making them into caterpillars. They are very beautifully colored. Some of the students worked on sewing their bears, others worked on a writing book about their bears and pillows. We had some center time, ended with the second half of the April handprint picture.

I read a story about Passover that KR brought to school.

Introducing the chicks to their new home that my wonderful hubby built.

Trying out the ladder. They were not too sure what to do once I put them on it.

HOLD ON< HOLD ON< HOLD ON!
